They are researchers, librarians, students, professionals, decision makers, individuals and inquiring minds from across the globe and all walks of life - all seeking access to the latest scholarly journal literature to support them in their diverse pursuits. The project exists for its users benefit and aims to ease contraints they face in access to published academic works.
