Governance

Knowledge for All is federally incorporated not for profit governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors includes representatives from the library and academic community and is committed to overseeing decision making and the overall strategic direction of the Knowledge for All project.

As a fundamentally open and collaborative project, governance responsibilities are extended to the project's active Working Groups and Committees as well as interested institutions and individuals participating in the broader project community as users, contributorspartners and staff.

The project welcomes all interested institutions and individuals to participate in its broader governance and development by registering to join the Knowledge for All community. Registered members may request membership in Working Groups and Committees, and join the project's active open groups and forums to share their expertise and collaborate in the project.
